Paging Dr. Funkenstein... Is this, like, some old Bootsy-meets-Prince demo or something? What fun. My only beef is that it's distorting a little when the bass hits hard... I love the bass SOUND, mind you... But I'm getting some phfft at some points that sounds like it's a bit more in the red than it wants to be... I've prob'ly mentioned that I love your singing, right? Very good song... ...There is no way I would call this a rock song, but it's yours do what you feel. Nevertheless, I love the sound and your voice. The song has a real Isley Brothers meets One Way (cutie pie) vibe. For me this some really, REALLY good, late 70's Soul/RB. You have a really great voice man.
