Description
A while back, I was asked to try writing a short 'easy piano' piece that beginner to early intermediate piano students could play. And so we have Tarantelletta, or "Little Tarantella." It's not very long and easier than it sounds, just like all the other piano pieces of its type. If you want the sheet music, just let me know. (That actually goes for just about anything I write, though.)

Now, of course, you'd have to also play it all an octave higher a second
time through to make it long enough. My kids (10, 13 and 15 years old)
have all been taking piano lessons for years, and this is indeed a typical
representation of the genre. Not to dismiss it, as this is the kind of piece
where a student with lesser technical skills can really begin to work on
expressiveness and musicality, as well as awe their friends with what
sounds like an awesome, fast song. Nice work!
