Description:
Reflections on Tiananmen Square 1989…I had just recently watched a PBS special on China and I couldn’t get this image out of my head…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-nXT8lSnPQ

First take live with 1 room mic and a vocal feed...

Lyrics:
Tonight’s the night
To get it out right here now

Tiananmen Square
Stood a lonely man
Incites a traffic jam
As the lamb lays down with the lion (modified)

Daddy knows that it's late
You don't even know what side he's on...
Dig in the paddy fields although it's dark
The towers will glisten in the morning sun

Tonight’s the night

Jared Puppe - Bass
Barry Lane - Drums
Ryan Chubb - Vox + guitar

Reminiscent of Oz band "Eskimo Joe" (worth a listen) who are a
favourite of mine. Like the lyrics, like the song - great bass sound,
good guitar and drums and excellent vox. Also liked the production -
not bad for the setup you mentioned. First take eh - magic.

Nice sound to this, love the Edgy (Ha) guitar, sounds like the ol' southern
death cult as well.

There's a definite strong verse/ chorus here, in fact, musucally and
structurally this is all here - the vocal melodys jsut need fleshing out to
get the hooks in.

good work keep going ...
