light in the clouds &mdash 04/25/06 - 02:45:21 PM
the hazy stench of the battlefield is blown back by a divine wind, the
winged sparkles of light descend, swoop down one by one, and carry the
souls of the fallen heroes back to Valhalla.

Hey, this is quite nicely put together. Great job! I like it...

cinematic! &mdash 04/25/06 - 07:21:39 PM
Grand intensity, yet subtle in the details. I love those whispered samples.
Please explain how you constructed this. Are the choral voices samples?
Did you program the drums or are they loops? I'm curious because this
came off very eloquent and masterfully conceived. You're very talented at
creating drama and meshing rhythm with melody. There are parts which
probably carry on a bit too long since there are no vocals or new melodies
introduced in these parts, but the percussion flairs are really well done.
Very cinematic. I'm keeping an eye on your stuff. :-) Very nice! Welcome!

Hi, thanks a lot!

Ok here we go:
The choir, to start with that, are samples that you play with on your keyboard, it means you can play whatever with a big classic choir, it is very cool, afterwards you can design the dynamics down to the last detail. NO LOOPS or predesigned harmonies everthing in the sonf is done from scratch.

The drums are programmed also in reason, bit by bit, with a lot of reverb added:-D

Hope thats waht you wanted else asked me agin:D

Refill and fire! &mdash 04/28/06 - 06:19:09 PM
I dig this immensely. Clacking is a little loud and out of tempo. Other than that, I think it hangs together real nice, like a blue-gray stratus cloud over an ancient European outpost. Write a soundtrack for a battle movie, for heaven's sake!

wow &mdash 05/02/06 - 06:48:43 AM
This is great.. I espesially love the attention to the rythem tracks... the
syncopated cracks, giving way to ful drum groove...very smart... the
dynamics are prfct... mix is top notch..

I have to say it's not my genre, but that doesn't stop me from seeing
the obvious talent and musicallity at play here...

hi marks from me

From scratch - impressive &mdash 05/08/06 - 01:37:21 AM
Jonas, this is a very full and interesting sound - amazing that you've
done it without loops. It really does convey a sense of foreboding.
This is no a genre I visit much, but your song is very interesting -
especially the percussion and choir.
Glad I found this.
Neil
