Description:
Another great MJ collaboration... people, what can I say??!... It's a pleasure for me work with Richard's strong voice and the result it's cooool!I made a bass line with the famous beast Juno 106 and I thought it would have been cool to take a voice riff over it.. that was the beginning.. then everything came by itself... the result is as always a track with never forgotten mad synth lines, breaks, combinations of patterns... only drum+synth+voice in the first part... ok I could go on but you're here for the music or for descriptions?? :))

thank you Rich and thank you MJ!
check out Richard .

Rich's comments: Since early in 2005, I had a vision of adding a "rap"
section to my song "Going to the Club" (which was originally entered in the
TUMi contest at MacJams in January of 2005, placing 12th). I asked Andy if
he wanted to play with some lyrics I had come up with which flowed from the
original GTC sung lyrics. A few months ago, I sent Andy a recording of my
spoken lyrics. I had this reaction when I heard how Andy built a whole new
techno-dance song around my simple "rapping" voice track: "Oh, that is
boss-o-matic. Ripping wholesome thumpety goodness. Thank you so much for
doing this. Man, you have really magnified my voice. What a sensation.
Double barreled floor wipe. Sweet."

Lyrics:
TO THE CLUB by Rschletty

What's this fascination
that's shaking every nation?
We're people on the move.
We're people in the groove.
Get your blood a pumping.
Hear that music thumping.
We're dancing to the beat.
We're sliding on our feet.
We're going to the club tonight.
Get your mojo working.
Get your bodies jerking.
Nobody's laying low.

I'm glad you back with da wicked beats - this one is terrific, really a top club hit (hmmm do you like Tiga's last album?), the rhythm is mad and the juno is so sexy. who the hell bombed you?!? and now I'm listening to it for the third time, the first break after a little while is so powerful. damn wicked sound, bravo to you two (yep, richard, you rock too!)

can you dance to it &mdash 04/26/06 - 09:04:55 AM
Ha-ha - when I was growing up, one of the criteria judging a new song was "can you dance to it?" That mechanism gets blown away by songs like this, where the whole point is to create - and then build on - a dance groove.

However, what if you are not a club-goer? Can the idea be reversed into asking, "yeah, but can you just listen to it?" A moot point, no doubt. But in this case, there's plenty to like, even if you're not physically out on a floor somewhere "dancing to the beat."

The initial melody statement is catchy. It pulls you in. But it is textural shifts and those dramatic space-synth builds that are fascinating to follow as they vortex out of control, only to crisply come back into focus with the return to the singing, and that makes this such a fun piece to listen to. I enjoyed it more with each new listening.

this is very very cool....great beats and I like the really white rap. Cool
blips and I love that classic electronic snare sound....perfect for the
club....that kick really has some great punch to it and I love how parts
keep getting layered on top....nice job
