Description
My 'bayou'.

All FX used come from an FX Compilation CD "Totally Gross Sound F/X from Hell" © 1993 Ronco Records but it's made for this purpose, so I don't think they'll mind.

Lyrics
Listen carefully,
In front of you is a monitor,
Behind the monitor there is a space,
In the space you will find a CD-

It fell down the back a long time ago,
and it's about time you took it out and dusted it!

Hi- I'm APB.
I live in Sweden but I am not Swedish.
APB is simply my initials and not All Points
Bulletin or Anti-Piracy Bureau.

APB has no affiliation to any police force or
the afore-mentioned organisation.

Musically, APB is horrifically prolific, or, prolifically horrific - either way, it's hard to say.

WARNING: do not attempt to repeat the above without first ensuring one's dentures are securely fastened with polygrip- you know who you are ...

Age: APB's age corresponds with the number of edits used to get the previous bit correct.

APB also tries desperately to resist doing parodies of his own material- mainly winning due to a fear of long legal battles with himself.

Habits: chewing gum - and song titles which are dangerous to get mixed up with each other, like, "Phil Roman's Letting Off" or simply "Letting off".

Swedish version follows (translated):

Hi I'm APB,
Unfortunately, I am not home just now but
leave your message after the tone, thanks.

Bio
as read by an opium smoking colossus. Well, I'm glad it's not 'All Points Bulletin', which was my original guess. Interesting work here. Don't know what to suggest, except that I pictured the colossus taking a stroll through a murky swamp while speaking... so maybe giant, slow, sloshy footsteps in the background? Heheh, maybe it's just right as is, too.

Bio
... I wanted a walking in a squidgy, squashy swamp sound and some ambient
'bayou' background noise but .. sadly, Ronco let me down .. and well I
didn't want to spend too much effort on this really to be honest - just a quick
gag - if I manage a grin, I'm happy.

Swamp
cool idea...I wish I could come up with stuff like that. Id put things like

Swamp
Thanks!

.. it was a good way to see how many curious people there was about ... ;oD
and thanks for the vote! It was unexpected - I missed the disable voting toggle.

Maybe more people will do some musical or 'proper' talky bio's or just for fun
bio's- or ... then again, maybe not ...

Did that Ronco album
...really include the sounds of "letting off"? Now there's a phrase I
haven't heard for years.

"APB also tries desperately to resist doing parodies of his own
material- mainly winning due to a fear of long legal battles with
himself."

Heheheh. Lovely.

Did that Ronco album
.. it did .. that's a sample *honest* .. in fact Ronco had a variety to choose
from .. now what on earth possessed me to buy such a CD I'll never know .. but
I'm glad I did, and I finally found some er, .. use for it!

Now i know...
Now i know who you are. It seems you are APB.
I am happy that i listened to that not before going to sleep.
Otherwise i would get a nightmare from that strange voice.
Horrible funny!
