Description:
Guitar Based 5:02

Kind of been putting out mellower things lately. When I noticed this one was down to 64 BPM I thought I better pick up the pace on the next one. But for now this is it.

I love to work on tone, not always successful, but fun trying. Thanks for

Nice artwork, the shimmering feel is represented well. Very nice mix and
guitar playing. Has a good mood and emotion here as well. Good job.
Have fun and God Bless.

Thanks Mungo. I actually spent more time on production than I did on
recording the song. I'm trying hard to make everyrhing sound better so your
comment on production is appreciated.

Sweet &mdash 05/09/06 - 11:07:53 AM
I like that slow powerful guitar, sounding kind of Satriani. And the lush mix is great, sometimes reminding me of the rich textures in Jane's Addiction's "Summertime Rolls". Maybe that comes to mind because this song makes me think of lazy sunny days in the park. Anyway, this was a great listen, nice playing!

Dean's World &mdash 05/10/06 - 06:55:36 AM
Wonderful guitars, thrilling. Nice separation, amps, melodic lovely
playing. Man, I wish you could collab with a real drummer. I really dig
that you keep Roger Dean alive too; your music floats over his landscape
well. Very nice track.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I'll check out that Jane's Addiction tune
and Tobin a real drummer sure would be a treat for many obvious reasons. I'd
like to hear what kind of life it would add to my songs.

I like your slow sound... very nice to listen too... has that progressive sound to a bluesy tune... Maybe some Pink Floyd influences. Very sustained FAT licks really nice guitar work all around. Every time I hear someone play like this makes me want to practice on my guitar some more... just wish that time would permit me. Thanks for sharing,

John

I'm no sure how much you practice John but you sound pretty good right
now. I know what you mean though the better you get the more you want to
practice to get even better. It's a viscous cycle and never enough time. Thanks
for stopping by.
