Very good &mdash 05/08/06 - 10:10:24 AM
This is a good mix, nice guitar also, quite a bit of complex playing,
sounds good. Sometimes the guitar is too loud compared to the mix but I
realize the guitar is supposed to stand out also. Keep on playing, you can
really rip it up! Have fun and God Bless.

Tadashi's adventures in Spain &mdash 05/08/06 - 01:43:04 PM
To dream the impossible dream.

This is groundbreaking work Tada, mixing spanish guitar and poly
rythyms into your compositions. The spirit of Don Quijote lives!

Thank you Tadashi-san! &mdash 05/08/06 - 03:51:12 PM
I tried to listen to this with a critical ear rather than my normal awe and
admiration Tadashi, and I came up with the usual - this is another tour
de force. Your guitar playing sounds as good as you've done - shades
of Santana meets Weather Report and Gentle Giant! This tune is
probably more widely accessible than some of your others on MJ.
Thank you Tadashi-san! Excellent post as always.

Wow &mdash 05/09/06 - 05:31:29 AM
Your playing in this, both synth-wise and guitar, is just awesome.
And when they join up and play the same line: Brilliant.
It's also kinda funny (and of course inspiring) how you can have such
chaotic and fast drum programming without them stealing the thunder
from the rest of the ensemble.
Excellent balance is what it is!
Great work!

Wow! &mdash 05/10/06 - 01:48:21 AM
You surpass yourself friend! This is excellent. I love the fiery guitar licks
throughout. In some places you sound like Jethro Tull's Martin Barre! This
is the most mind-blowing piece I've heard on MJ for quite awhile. An
astounding piece of prog rock!

Rock on TT!

brilliant &mdash 05/15/06 - 08:14:38 AM
this is pure brilliance. the mix of instrumentation and the execution is
flawless. i love the guitar solo's. always a fan of something a little on
the outside. again as in past compostions, your drums and bass are SO
LIFELIKE. i am also very partial to that bass sound. very choice.

Havn't been round here in a while... &mdash 05/22/06 - 08:07:17 PM
Its been soo long in fact, that I didn't know you actually knew how to
play guitar.... but wow... I love that main hook! Its particularly great
because its a relaxed and lyrical guitar line over a very fast and frenetic
bass and drums... it just makes it stand out all the more! Love it!

With a critical ear... some of the previous comments about the guitar
being too loud at times I'd aggree with... and also, by the time the
electric guitar enters, theres a bit too much in the way of reverb.

The drums, although garageband, are super crazy! My knees hurt
again. Would love to hear this with real bass and drums one day...
provided they can hack it.

Nice to be back in your page, great stuff Tadashi!
