Good vocals. Very clear and able to be heard well. Good guitar also.
Actually, this song sounds better than a rough draft by far. You sing well.
If you do add other "stuff", make sure not to lose this raw feeling that you

I like the vocals on this song, raw and emotional and straightforward.
Your voice suits a rock/country or rock/alternative genre, I think. The
guitar playing is adequate, but as it is a rough take, it defintiely needs
just a little more polish. Still, it sounds great.

It sure does need more polishing - I suppose the general consensus so far from
you guys is that it sounds good enough as is which is great! And I agree in teh
polishing up bit - some lyrics are a bit rough cut and I could do a better take!

Thanks very much! I would disagree with the CD ready bit though - there are
a few slip ups in it and though they might not stick out too much they do to

I know others have said this already, but your voice is absolutely
wonderful! Very personal, very expressive, and very much your own.
Nice lyrics, but maybe you could post them? I always like to read 'em
while I listen. Just a couple of issues: The guitar is a little out of tune,
and your voice goes slightly flat when it goes high on "walkin'" the first
time, a occasionally on high notes after that. Just try to stay "on top" of
the high notes, as singers have told me.

song. I did each track in one take so they are the little shings I want to iron

rough draft I'll take it. sounds fleshed out to me. has a very polished
appeal. you've a fine voice and the songcraft shows. its a rainy mellow
day here in NE, and this strikes me as just a nice compliment to the
days end. liked this a lot

"Potential" is an understatement. Your vulnerable voice is perfect for this
tune, and the simple sing-songwriter style as well. Consider posting your
lyrics, since it would help. If you consider changing anything, consider a
bridge that has more of an edge, something to make the lyrics grip more,
speak to a specific emotion or action or moment that really lifts the song

I love you voice. You say this is raw, but I kind of like the "sitting right in the living room" lo-fi feel of the simple strumming. With a voice like yours you can get away with it. I wouldn't recommend a whole album full of this format, but I also wouldn't recommend and album without at least one or two cuts just like this--you strumming guitar and singing your heart out.
