Pleasant instrumental
Althought virtual instruments can't approach the real thing, nonetheless, your sax sounds sweet and the keyboard piano decently approaches, well, a piano. You do not-a-bad job with the improv solos making this a nice listen. By the way, nice Hammond sound... don't hear Hammond organs in songs much any more.

Thanks for your comment. I actually add a lot of dynamics and vibrato effects to
the sax solo in order to make it more realistic.

As to the Hammond...well, I have been loving it since the progressive era of the
70s' ( yes, I am no more a teenager...:) )

Virtual drawbar organs sounds very well and cost just a fraction of the real
thing, so I am using them a lot in my songs.

Smooth feel
Pretty good mix with the sounds. Good piano also. Pretty easy listening
also, nothing really sticks out too much. The sax gets a little loud at
some points, and the organ is hidden some when it is not in the front.
Sounds good overall.

Hi Jsacker! Thanks for your vote.

Do you think that reducing the volume of sax solo a bit and rising the
background Hammond sound level would improve the overall sound of the
song?

Good jazz feel
I too love the organ, but feel it needs to be there during the whole
piece. Could add a nice feel if hotter in the BG.

When I was a teenager I studied piano and guitar and I played in a garageband group with school friends (but nothing really serious). Recently I discovered that I could join my old love for music with the more recent interest in computer technology. ... [see more]
