Description:
This a totally new version of this song. I had posted an earlier version which I am now removing. On this take I had the pleasure of collaborating with Selters. His vocals add a lot to the song. Hope you like it!

Lyrics:
FALLING APART

There's violence in the street outside my door
It makes me want to hide away once more
Does anyone realize why the tears must flow
And why we're just killing ourselves
And are we just falling apart?

Yesterday was gone before I knew it
And it seems tomorrow never comes
So I have to live day by day
Try to understand
Whether I'm just falling apart

There was a woman I used to know
We were just friends for a while
Our love was a fireball that scortched the evening air
And burned both of our hearts
And left us just falling apart

Falling apart? &mdash 05/26/06 - 10:20:48 AM
Sounds like you two hang together rather well! Fine lament over a
perennial problem. Well done. Love the unpretentious mouth harp.

Be well!

Thanks for your comments. I will try to get Selters to saddle up and ride with
me again some time. His voice does go well with mine.

good idea.

Good job &mdash 05/26/06 - 09:44:31 PM
It seems in the intro you almost have no timing and have problems
getting started, but after that it flows very nicely. Good job on the
harmony.

love how you seem to sing from the heart &mdash 05/26/06 - 10:15:27 PM
I like that touch of Hank Williams Junior, for some reason I feel like I hear
influences of "As Tears Go By by the Rolling Stones. But I cause when I
was a youngin I used to be in a group and we played that tune to death:)

Again great words, really like that song & singing especially, way to go
Bronco & Selters.

I iike the warmth of this type of music even the the love you sing maybe
about a cold relations ship but sure worth to sing about!

my thoughts &mdash 06/01/06 - 05:53:11 PM
a collab with selters, somehow i missed this intell now. i like having the backing vocals, but with the production on selters voice it gets a little overwelming for me sometimes because the reverb i think it is makes it sound so far away and in a tube, sometimes it works nicely, but i think other times it sounds a little weird to me somehow. the instrumental was fine. in the second stanza you were singing a part where you held the note really long and it seemed a little uncomftorable to me, like it somehow didn't fit. those are just some things i noticed, other then that this is a great song. well, those are my thoughts :)
