Description:
The lead guitar is an Ovation shallow body from the early 70's that has a great neck and action. I plugged it directly into the iMac audio input. The riff guitar is a loop that I manipulated and changed keys and processed.

liking the lead guitar. like the soft occassional percussion sounds that add to it. the loop gets a little repetitive and old, perhaps you could try and mix in another similiar but slightly varied loop, but for its intent it works fine since the lead guitar is the main part of this piece. the guitar has a nice tone to it.

Thanks, Screamalexz. The intention of the piece is a kind of acoustic guitar
trance, so I didn't want to change it up and break the trance.

loops are actually modified loops from GB. I tried mikeing it on acoustic but couldn't get the sound as good as the loops so I used them (cut up and key change etc.)

Nice progression and lead work. Nice touch with the percussion. Not a big piezo fan but the playing is so good its a non-issue. Thanks for sharing.

know what you mean about piezo's, E-Frame, but sometimes it's got just the right sound that works for a particular tune. Thanks for stopping by!
