Little Twist of Invention &mdash 05/28/06 - 03:31:20 PM
You have such an imagination and, when I grow up, I want to mix just
like you.

This is an absolutely fascinating piece of music, kept me engaged the
whole time, mostly because you use ordinary elements in really
surprising ways. The percussion as a lead instrument, the strings
darting in one ear, then around to the other, little twist of invention
that keep the music really accessible, but new and fresh at the same
time. The tiny details are endlessly wonderful.

Your musical imagination is admirable.

well thought out &mdash 05/28/06 - 05:04:25 PM
Other than a spot just past halfway where some percussive sounds
occasionally stop "too" abruptly and detract from the realism, this is a
very evocative piece. In many ways, this reminds me a great deal of
Loreena McKennitt's instrumental style... dreamy middle-eastern melodies
weaving in and out and a driving beat... very nice stuff!

Great fingers... &mdash 06/05/06 - 10:27:29 PM
It breathes!

Travels of the mind.

The percussion is very nicely developed!
