heavy
has a fast heavy sound to it. sounds like a guy on speed playing the congos. the guitar sounding track near the beginning could use a bit more distortion sound perhaps come up more, it has a somewhat dark feel to the riff that i think could be worked with. this has alot of tension. the guitar riff at the same time has almost a surf sound to it. an interesting use of sounds. it seems like you could mosh to this. perhaps something to make the goth clubs go crazy?

Awesome.
Great tune. Love the tribal drums and surf guitar. By about 3 minutes, I felt like I had heard the whole tune, so maybe some kind of a further breakdown or new passage around the 2 minute and 30 second mark would be refreshing before coming back into the surf guitars. I love the tone of that guitar by the way. Is that a loop, or did you play that yourself? I think your stuff could make great intros and transitional music for podcasts. Head on over to the podsafe music network at music.podshow.com and sign up. Podcasters are always looking for stuff to use in their shows, and it's a great way to gain exposure. Keep up the great work.

an instant favourite
i love the energy and the arrangements and the whole vibe. You definately have a good ear and a mind to match,(so be careful how much you alter it, moderation, moderation, moderation).
seriously though, this is a great track, if perhaps it only suffers in that it gets slightly repetative in the last minute or so. I don't know if maybe it needs another transition or what. Actually, there were a couple spots where it broke down to just a single guitar line. I liked that, and i think it could work to put more focus and time into those segments, or maybe just the second time. I don't know. Don't listen to me, my stuff is boring as &#x@! (I should have practiced a little more moderation myself)
Anyway, keep up the good work. i'm anxious to hear more from you.
