Description:
I have been sick for about two weeks and it's been very depressing feeling totally weak and all. (Not that it was that serious. I was just being a drama queen, I guess! lol) When I recorded my vocals, I was still sick and in that late night, my fever went really high and I had to call an ambulance! So my voice might sound a little weak in this but I got big help from my friends who recorded some additional vocals and the awesome electric guitars! This is kind of my rehab song. lol Hope you like it.

Lyrics:
Pain Rain

When you look ahead
but can't go forward,
you know that you can talk to me

I know that sometimes
you can't make it on your own
no matter how hard you try

It's the pain
I'm feeling inside me
It's the pain
that connects us
It's the pain oh
It's the pain that makes you feel alive

Sometimes good thing happens
and sometimes sad thing happens
either way, my face'd get wrinkled up

Lately, even though nothing happens,
just being with you
seems to make me feel warm and want to cry

It's the rain
rolling down your cheek
It's the rain
fosters the life
It's the rain, oh
It's the rain that brings the sunshine

Very nice. &mdash 06/02/06 - 10:22:14 PM
It was definitely worth a trip in the ambulance. The production is
lovely: great sound. What software did you use to record this? Well
done.

Yes, thanks, that was what I was asking. Another question: are the drums in
the second verse GarageBand loops?

hey. the only loop i used was the shaker loop, i think. i play Garageband drum
kits by MIDI keyboards. finger drums!

Why isn't this the top track in the ratings? &mdash 06/04/06 - 10:32:34 AM
Really lovely. Not sure about the drums in the second verse, a bit too
"skippy" for me but apart from that you make Garageband sound like a
million pound studio.

Marvelous and very well done.
