This is my ode to Office Space and quitting your crappy job for something better. I've got the original GB, any suggestions to make my bounces sound better? Itunes seems to poopify it a bit.

Great job &mdash 06/02/06 - 01:55:23 AM
Nice clean sound. Guitar is really good, sounds great to me. The vocals
are a bit dry..as in no reverb or echo. This is probably on purpose, but it
seem uncomfortable at certain times to listen to. Maybe adding a little
reverb, maybe try AUMatrixReverb. It seems to work well with me...but
you may not have that plug in. I have a newer version, and I am a newer
user, so I may not really be the one to listen to anyway!!! haha...this is a
very enjoyable and good song. Good job

very cool &mdash 06/02/06 - 11:34:54 AM
I really like this raw, punkish tune. Very cool. The backing vocal part
sounds fantastic in this arrangement. I agree with jsacker that the vocals
may be just a bit too dry. I think just a little echo and/or MatrixReverb
("Plate" preset with the wet/dry slider set to about 10%) would do the
trick. It would get the lead vocal and the rest to intermingle just enough.

Anyway, everything else about it from your delivery to the guitars and
bass, and the overall melody and structure sounds great to me.

Great pop song!!! &mdash 06/19/06 - 03:32:21 AM
Reminds me The Pixies... and that's GREAT!

I love the chorus, the background voices... (oooooooh-oh-oh-ooooooooh)

Just adding some echo in GarageBand would do the trick, I think...

Ehem... I was referring to the lead vocal with that echo comment... :)

I've not seen you on MacJams for ages! I thought I hadn't been around for a while! This is a good piece of songwriting, but there were elements of the production and performance that I felt let it down somewhat overall. I'm sure you know what I mean already. With a bit of work, particularly on the vocals, you could undoubtedly get the best out of this. I wish you well with it.
