Description
This is a collaboration song I did with kcsaito, my fellow Japanese macjammers and the genius jazz piano man! There are 2 different versions. This one is more rocky version and the other is slow waltz. Hope you enjoy both.

Lyrics
Jodie, Poster

The movie poster on the white wall
started coming off
Green tinted Jodie Foster in the poster
gives me a look disapprovingly

Gentle cool breeze is coming through the window
and it's waving the poster as if calling me
Memories are dancing about happily
riding the breeze

I read your mail you sent me yesterday again
It says you are quitting the job because you
want to have a baby
Seems you are really becoming an adult woman, girl

The poster is swinging to the breeze
as if saying goodbye to our loud 'n hyper days
Memories are dancing about happily
riding the breeze

Gentle cool breeze is coming through the window
and it's waving the poster as if calling me
Memories are dancing about happily
riding the breeze

I have to say
I really liked this one better than the other. This just has a better
groove - a real toe tapper and/or head bobber. For me it was both.
Nice chord progression, good vocals and really good piano - what
more can you ask for?
Maybe a good recording but you already have that. So that ain't a
problem.
Oh, I'm up to the jazzy piano break, now. Came a bit abruptly but it's
ok. Very nice playing!

Great collaboration.
It's a fav and a download for me!

Great collab
The combination of your voice and kcsaito's keyboard are very winning!

Also really nice visual-poetic lyrics
Exceptional keys, all the way around; added to the enjoyment of the
strong melodic piece. Great collab. But the poetic aspect of the pop lyrics
is my favorite part of this. Like a movie scene, so well done, with great
visual timing and an ambiguous open-to-interpretation quality that is
wonderful. Really nice job, guys!

Insane!!! The 3/4 tme merging with the common time in the middle and
back again...a rocker and a jazzer having so much fun, it's like bangin
your head with that groove from the start and then entering birdland all
of a sudden...ha ha ha! I think I need to sit down now!

thanks fo sharing!!!

This is a winner
I like this version. Had a real live sound to it when it started. I like the sound of the drums. Nice work by the other musicians. Nice collaboration from everyone. I love the change into swing midway through. Great drums!!! I wish I spoke Japanese, but that was nice of you to include the translation.
