Description
Well, something different from my usual beat! This is much more like Chemical Brothers or Fatboy Slim if you want: big-beat and break stuff for the club! And the bass line by the queen of all generators... I'm computer controlled... :)

Enjoy!

Andy

Denver Madness?

I dunno what to say. It doesn't offend me; it sounds nice and well-conceived and is, like you say, heavy on the bass. But neither does it interest me. In that respect, it's kind of like an Ayn Rand novel..

I think I would like this more if it were much faster and distorted.

I've been listening to some of your music, some sounds are cool... but sorry
what genre is it??! :) To be honest I'd put it in a club genre called "hardcore" and
I think your music could work somewhere up there in north europe but ... 300
bpm?!? pretty hard to dance! ;)
However I made this in one hour or so just playing and keeping everything at the
first: the first bassline was kept, the first synth hook was kept, the first loop I
made has been kept... and called it MAD because the sound of a 303 is mad, but
compared to what to do, let's say my piece of music is a quite lamb and yours
are dinos ;)

Ah, I see.

And thanks. I suppose I should start putting my stuff uder "hardcore". I hadn't before because I thought that meant straghtedge-type stuff.

Cool
I am a sucker for big fat squishy plastic bass lines. And this track has
that in spades. The other elements are cool too, but for me they merely
justify having 8 minutes of sick bass.

Good track, Andy.

WOOW ! ! ! (and I mean that)
WOOOOW ! You have a TB-303. Master of the dance-machines, king of the acid, pioneer of the grooves.
There's no software that emulate such a fat sound.
This is the best song I heard on this site.
Probably because the TB-303 and the Juno 106 (wich is also a classic synth).

Again: WOOOW !

I have the Roland MC-307, but that's not an analog synth and that is why I build my own synths (www.groeneridder.net).
Do you also have a TR-808?

Great song and I wish I had a time-machine that transport me to the past so I could buy a TB-303.

More of this great grooves please

Again: brilliant
I must say it again.
This is maybe the best song on macjams.
Fat analog synth-sounds.

303!
Yeah!
