Song Description

Perhaps written about a character from a popular tv series. Perhaps it's about a cat.

thank you! i must admit at one point i recalled a recording stating that "the
experts are pretty sure that PDQ Bach had one leg that was shorter than the
other" or something like that. i did try to fool with the beats so that it became a
bit confusing what the time signature actually was. not sure if that worked?

I liked this &mdash 06/19/06 - 04:21:57 PM
I've just had my 4th listen - It leaves me curious as to who this
character is - It does sound like the soundtract for a particular
character, if that makes any sense - But I was left wondering, more
than anything - A very nice arrangement, sir - Dion

Quirky, short and clever, and highly evocative. Nice job!

One Last Goodbye &mdash 07/21/07 - 04:50:34 PM
Seriously, I didn't get the cartoon thing, at all. What I got out of this was a carousel ride, but only in a dream. And as the carousel picks up speed, the children's laughter I hear turns to something at first seemingly ominous but somehow re-assuring. The plastic horses and purple, Dumbo-shaped elephants begin to move on their own and the people standing around the carousel become blurry. Time itself slows down. Then, out of nowhere, my grandfather who has long since passed away walks up and smiles. But before I can hug his neck, he disappears and everything returns to normal. My grandfather used to take me to ride the carousel when I was little. Thank you for reminding me of those wonderful moments.
