Description
This is the final mixed-version of this song. Doesn't sound too much different, i've reworked a couple of the drums, and changed the tracks levels a little, and added a few new tracks with effects.

A story in the details
Nice intro! Lively, but also sort of dreamy. The beat is very smooth and
light as it is introduced, making the transition to the kick and snare
gentle. DId you program the drum pattern? If so, its good - especially
the little snare roll. You used a lot of ambient sound effects, but they
don't seem to overcrowd eachother. Instead, all the details make me
want to lean in and pay attention.

The one aspect I'm not so sure about is the bass. It works well to lend
power to the bottom end, but it doesn't move around much and is very
heavy in the lowest frequencies (I suspect it soaks up a lot of your
levels when it makes an appearance). Still and all, a very cool journey
and an excellent artistic representation to boot!

Cheers for the comments....the drum pattern wasn't programmed as such, but
pieced together (time consuming!) using the midi drumkits and my keystation
keyboard. Those drum rolls were changed from an earlier version (sounded too
'80s). The bass line was an idea i nicked from the Chemical Brothers i think. I
was listening to a song of theirs and noticed that the bass line was only 3 or 4
notes, but certain notes resonnated more than others, and that was what i was
trying to do here. I like the bass line, its simple so it works well with the song,
but also a bit unnerving!
Cheers again
