Description:
I wrote this song a couple of months ago, i had the demo of it posted. Now its returning in a more fullfilled version. I have written more verses, and played some piano, Synths, flute, and electric guitar. I had some lyrical ambitions with this song, however i am not sure that i have fullfilled them. Lately i have started thinking a lot about the illusion of democrazy(!) that we live under in the western world...

I like the melody line you've made for the flutes/strings. It gives the song a new dimension. I feel like I'm in a church listening to this:) Especially the last tone of the flute.
The song has a delightful simplicity to it although you've arranged more instrument to it.
I wonder if you have done the main vocal twice? At some places near the end it sounds like their slightly pitched... I would go easy on that technique...
The lyrics... hmm, not sure if I see the picture clearly...
But the song is well composed and arranged.

i think this is pretty much perfect. don't know what to say.
i love the instrumentation - all the work you put in on this was well worth
it.
and thanks for speaking up! not many people seem to be doing so in
their music. more around here, but not out in the 'real world'.

Reminds me so much of the song 'By this river' by Brian Eno and David Byrne. Especially the singing. I'll try to mail you the song (don't know if it will work, because I purchased it on iTunes)

Hey Selts! I love this more than your previous version. This sounds more
polished. It has the clarity of instruments and sounds complete with the
orchestral instruments and vocal refinements you added! You are getting
to be a real pro at this, man! You have great musical expression in all its
simplicity and harmony.
You are making a political statement here again aren't you? Give me
hellos to the President of Iran. LOL. He sure looks happy with your music,

few verses, but then I'll add a harmony to almost anything. Good song

Fuller and more polished production...tighter vocals...

I think thoddi is catching a harmony gone a little off in the last verse or
chorus...just a little bit...

This is beautiful in every way possible! The music is beautiful, the lyrics
are beautiful and what we see is what we get. A breath of fresh air that
sweetens the stench caused by our daily load of propoganda. In this
country they don't just call you crazy, they also say you are a traitor,
unpatriotic, an aid to the enemy and not supporting our troops. I
wonder what Washington and Jefferson would think about people who
don't question authority? Those that blindly go along with whatever

Dare I say this is one of your best track so far?
It's a very likely candidate!
Beautiful melodies (the flute and string sound great), nice vocals (a tiny
bit pitchy in the end, but I had no problems with that) and a very nice
recording.
I'd be silly not to download this.
