Description:
Every time, I feel more melodramatic about doing this.

Here is a 2:47 song about me, sort of. At least, it uses my own voice a lot, talking about myself. Rather than turn to illicit samples, this time I decided to harvest my small collection of rambling monologues I made a few years ago and put clips thereof herein. I think they fill it out pretty well.

The music itself is hella gangsta, or what have you. I didn't want to classify it as DnB 'cause I might get yelled at; instead I put this under "Experimental". The first bit is heavy on the synths, and sounds somewhat dance-ish. The second part is more like jungle, but perhaps not terribly so.

Except for a short clip of Chris Starace, I personally arranged and spoke all of what you hear here, which is nice.

The mix seems well, but most of it is near the center; sorry : /

Lyrics:
1. Stuff about microphones
2. Some distorted blather about my inability to rap
3. "Hey, here're the lyrics right here. Let's read 'em, eh?"
4. "Well. gosh, where to begin?"
5. "But now I think, because I've exposed my plot to do this sort of thing, now my creativity is drying up. That often happens, like."
6. Some blather in Taldano.
7. Chris Starace saying "Ah! Yovo se fongbe!"
8-9. Some more stuff that's too unimportant to describe.

Hardware:
Quicksilver G4 with the fully-equipped kit on it; that's like "Whoa".

Software:
Logic Express 7; Battery 2; Automat; Rob Freakin' Papen's BLUE; SoundEdit 16 to record the blather.

There were lyrics? &mdash 06/18/06 - 11:48:56 AM
On second listening, yep, there are.

So that is BLUE? I already have too many synths, so given the price I didn't
even try the demo, but this sounds impressive. Cool sounds.
