And you sound like Shirley Bassey on that verse you sing on your own. Impressive:)

Dreadmons vocal part is also very well done. It's a good production, well mixed. Smooth and sexy!

The background instrumentals are great- bring out your horn soloists
more. The vocals are really smooth. I think it's great that you revisit some
of your earlier posts and apply some new ideas.

Hiya Kristyjo - thanks for listening! You're right, the horns could come up - though I wish they sounded more like, well, HORNS. MacJams has been invaluable to me as far as getting solid input for my tunes - and on some of them that I feel particularly strongly about, such as this one, a revisitation seems appropriate. Another really polished-sounding song from Bing, and sprinkled with
sexy all over the top with Alannah's vocals. This is really delightful! The
only thing I could think of to tweak would be to have Alannah have a few
more teasing snippets here and there, but this is great! Faved & DL'ed!

I'm with ya on hearing more of Alannah on the tune - in fact, originally, we were going to do trade offs on the verses and wrap the tune with us doing a duet - but we ended up going this direction, which is definitely fun, but I want more, more, more! Alannah needs convincing that she's all that and a warehouse full of chips - and once that objective is attained, we may have a full-fledged, double-barrel tune where we both go off - sort of like a darker Sonny & Cher, LOL! I couldn't help hearing a "Meatloaf Parody" in this one as I was singing out my little part .... and I just could NOT imagine "replacing" Dreadmon's vocals with my own .... I thought he sang the song out with such flair and charisma ... that all I could do with the song was add a little humour and fun to it .... as Dreadmon said above ... we played around with a few different concepts for this tune .. but in the END I just couldn;t sing HIS parts .. the way HE SANG HIS PARTS and didn't want to spoil the song by trying !!!!

Alannah, you so rock - and I TOLD you that you were good enough to duet with, but NOOOOO. LOL! I still want to do something torchy with you, and that will come down the road - but I'm really glad that you wanted to post this tune, even though it originally was something you just fooled around with on a whim. Oh my, did I just say "fooled around" in the context of this tune? Heh-heh. You really injected it with a shot of sexiness that turns the heat way up and Shirley Bassey definitely comes to mind when I hear you shift into high gear during that middle section. Just think of what we could do with some more stew time, darlin'!

Of course, I'm eggin' you on - I want to work on something else - and I'll write something that you won't be able to resist. Or perhaps maybe YOU'LL write something that *I* can't resist! It was a pleasure to work with you on this track - hopefully there will be many more - you're awesome!

I haven't had so much fun listening to a song in a long time! This is a
very entertaining song with such a titillating message, and features two
of the best vocalists at Macjams at their finest! That is an unbeatable
combination of creative writing and impeccable performance. Bing's
suave and crystal clear voice is very well complimented and spiced up
by Alannah's textured vampy style. Alannah, your performance here is
the best recording of your voice and really brings your talent to the
fore. As for Bing, consistency is your game and yet it never fails to
surprise me as you come up with something novel everytime!
Awesome. This is the best from both of you... or maybe, with your
depth of talent and creativity, the best ones are yet to come! Very high
marks!

A Great and fun song here... and that picture is fantastic! Well sung by
the two of you and nicely orchestrated too.. My only critisisms would be
that Alannah's vocals are distorting a little when she sings loudly, so to be
careful of the headroom stuff when recording.... and, although the levels
were pretty good (I'll agree that the horns could be brought up a little)...
you didn't take advantage of the space avaliable... everything is just
panned to the center which is a bit of a shame.

Eitherway... nice and smooth! Well done.

Unfortunately on my vocal part ... I recorded it a while back BEFORE I had learned a few things ... and then accidentally deleted all the original vocal tracks while trying to create more space on my HD ..... ooooooops ..... so my vocal tracks were left on a version of the song as IS and weren't able to fix some of my mixing errors .... my bad ... I suppose I could have re-recorded them and sent them to BING for a proper MIXING (which he was originally going to do cause my mixing abilities aren't so great) .... but ....... lazy lazy me .....

Bryan, you're dead-on, as always. And to add to what Alannah said - she bounced this tune to me based on the original version as a goof, and I thought it was fantastic - so we went back and forth about what to do with it - and I kicked up the mix a little, but didn't do much, in anticipation of her doing her part, then I'd remix. But we sort of dropped it - and then the external hard drive with all the parts fried out. So when she sent it over again, it was the first dry mix of the piece and I just had to upload it, not knowing if I'd ever recover the original data again. This is one tune that I definitely want to orchestrate and fully imagine - and thanks to Alannah, it will happen sooner than later. Watch out, next time it comes around - it will be dripping with sweat! Thanks again, Bry- for listening and lending your critique - it's always much appreciated!

Fun and... games. And most definitely material for a musical. I think a
producer would beef up the horn section on this number and give it a
raspier --- and stronger --- presence in the mix.

But it's a terrific production, with a polished sound and well-done vocal
performances. Very entertaining. ;-)
