Description:
Led Zeppelin's fourth album, released in 1971.
The last tune of this album, "When the levee breaks".
John Bonham created a very impressive drums riff with this song.
As for the drums, the setting was done by the entrance hall in the high ceiling.
The microphone for the recording was put on the stairs.
It is a very spatial recording.
"Ultimate drums"
This riff is being patronized by a drummer all over the world now.
John Bonham was a Great drummer.

"Grimm fairy tale" of my favorite Brothers Grimm.
The guitar is cry voice of four free, brave animals.
"Town Musicians of Bremen"
They were hungry.
However, they were brave men who boasted high.

Great jam! &mdash 06/19/06 - 08:36:55 AM
This is a lot of fun; you are an amazing guitarist! Much of it has an
aggressive, hard edge to it, but it also sounds like you're having a lot of
fun. Love the ending! Great work, Tadashi!

Great lead guitars! I wonder how it would sound with some solid rhythm
guiatrs behind it?

Dave
Thank you from Mississauga, Ontario Canada for the comment.
The guitar back is drums and bass.
As for the bass, the synthesizer bass overlaps with a usual bass.

guitar jam, like a rocking jazz blast. Great job Tadashi! Also, I like that statue with the animals in the song art.

manneke pis &mdash 06/19/06 - 01:04:17 PM
I've always admired you for your drum tracks and the complexity of the jazz rythms in your work. Now you blow me away with guitars that are really out of this world. You got me nailed to the ground. Again. And again. You really should stop doing that man...

Well, in Brussels we have a little guy called 'manneke pis'. I feels as small as manneke pis when I compare your musical talents to mine.

You are kind and benevolent words give me courage.

Great stuff &mdash 06/19/06 - 04:58:11 PM
You know your way around a guitar! This is pretty impressive. You also
have a good sound. Lots of delay, and you can still hear the individual
notes.

The Musicians of Bremen is a wonderful story that shows you can never
tell what your voice will bring to others, the unexpected consequences of
art and courage. Here is my favorite link to the story for all those who
can't remember the particulars of the story:
http://www.brementownmusicians.com/en/main
It is a child's site, which makes it even more enchanting.
(Another great track, TT.)

Mr.Tobin James Mueller,
Thank you for the comment.
The nicety of the life is full loading to Brothers Grimm's fairy tale.
Courage is given to me when reading by the child mind sometimes.
A child 's site of which you informed is very wonderful.

I always enjoy your guitar playing, Tadashi! &mdash 06/21/06 - 06:38:41 AM
Since you refer to John Bonham, I find myself wondering, along with Crash
Control, what it would be like to hear you do layered lead and rhythm
guitars such as Jimmy Page would do...

The layered lead and harmony guitars here remind me of some John
McLaughlin and Jeff Beck and other fusion work of the Seventies...

Always a pleasure to listen to your stuff, sir!

Kazumi Watanabe should be jealous.

Smoking guitar and drums!

Free-wheeling and a lot of energy!

Way to crank it up, Tadashi.

The guitars.... &mdash 11/03/06 - 11:41:32 AM
.... were awesome on this track. Aggressive, yet completely following the great bass/drum groove that was set. The explanation given on the song page about the drum's spatial feeling was helpful. Production was excellent. A well enjoyed instrumental track! Thanks for sharing.
