This was the first song I ever recorded on Garage Band. I guess that it's a familiar sound but hopefully with a fresh approach. Enjoy.

Right away I liked the wonderful guitar improvisation and the relaxed rhythm. Made me feel like sitting outside in a caf somewhere in Italy, watching the sunset...you really capture a beautiful atmosphere with this. From a technical point of view, I love the sound of the guitar. The triangle is a bit loud to my ear, could be my headphones, and I would pan some of the instruments more to the right channel (like the accoustic guitar). A little bit more variety in the congas would be nice too. All details of course, overall I really enjoyed this one. Thanks for sharing!

very nice &mdash 07/04/06 - 06:31:15 AM
You captured a real sense of "being there", with the clarity and
separation in the mix. A great job. It does indeed invoke a feeling of a
leisurely evening on the boardwalk, sitting in the cafe. Kudo's on the
guitar chops.

man you play &mdash 08/28/06 - 07:16:18 PM
really nice!!! I can hear that this is a first attempt a gb...the time is a
little funny in spots...my early attempts are FULL of that...but it is not
enough to diminish the playing and composition. I would love to hear
you try this again, now that your gb skills have come forward. Very
cool stuff.

You play so so nice.
