that german accent
You choose one heck of a difficult song to sing to (especially in the verses), so no wonder it took a bit of time. As you said, it is definitely not finished yet, but I'm sure publishing the song 'as it is' now certainly isn't a bad idea to get some comments other than mine.

Yeah, and that German accent reeeeeeally adds to the song :-) Sounds so fragile and sensual.

Done with pleasure!

lost comments!
I typed and (I thought) posted comments to this a few hours ago - not
sure where they got to!! I really like the way this has turned out. It's a
very straightforward melody and structure, but the interesting vocal
approach has made it something special. The song itself is quite wierd
Walter (a good thing) and this is only amplified by the harmonies - I'm
also a sucker for a German accent!
Only nit is some hiss that seemed to be panning back and forth in
places - maybe it's meant to be there and I missed the point. Anyway,
great track!

Walter did great job with the lounge jazz background.

Pulp Fictionesque
The sound field is excellent. So many subtle effects, doing their job.
Voices meld well. Vox could come up a tad though, in volume. I would
have had the vocals closer together. Yours are so centered, and Walter's
slightly right. By moving yours a little left would balance this duet, except
where you sing "solo" briefly towards the end. Over all, well done.
Coolness!

Kinda eerie
Really like that effect on the drums, whatever it is! Makes for a bit of a
surreal feeling.
And the vocals fit the feel of this perfectly.

Kudos to you both!

low-key
Not sure it is lo-fi. It is a low-key dish, simmering on a bed of experienced ashes. Mouldering, smokesational, sensual blue plate special. Please post the lyrics.
