Description:
A while back Teptep posted a request for a collaboration of his song 'Thunder & the Lightning'. After a brief skype exchange, & several emails later, we came up with this version. I think Will has a great talent for song writing and we hope you like this little offering...

Lyrics:
A storm is raging again tonight
outside of these four walls.
The lightening strikes illuminates the night as the thunder makes its

Nice colab! Light and airy - for a thunder song. I didn't hear the
original, so this is completely new to me. I love a bit of t & l and I like
this too. Nice bit of "arranging" Alf : )

I really enjoyed the original, but wasn't really taken with the other
attempts to add music, probably becasue of the reverb. This is so
clean, the instruments sound great and teptep's voice, properly
produced, is even more striking than before. It has a sweetness that
the production has brought out.

Congrats! You guys make a good team.

I collaborated with Teptep on the same song. I really dug his vocal. You
have done a fine interpretation, too, Alfalfa. Curiously, the second
"clean" vox version he sent me was at a much higher pitch. Thinking it
was a bit rate problem, I used Logic Express to lower the pitch by 2
semitones. Then it matched perfectly his first run. I had to do the pitch
correction to match the guitar addition by Outlier.

Guitars are just great on this track. The lyrics are thoughtful, and the singer performs with feeling, and clear articulation.

I like the understated percussion track. Just right.
