Description
This is the revised version of the original improv post. Amanda Chapman took this simple blues riff and added her stunning vocals. It's been lingering here on my computer as I thought about adding something else to it, but the more I listen, the more I want to leave it alone.
Amanda, you added the suede to these old shoes! Thanks Darlin, you're awesome!

oh yeah
What a cool voice Amanda. Perfect for this kind of tune. You treat that Yamaha good Blaine. Laid back and with feeling. I like the way the guitar and the vocals seems to ''listen'' to each other to adapt in the groove.

I'd suggest tweaking the eq in the guitar a bit. It sounds a bit to full in the bass department... Might be my headphones, but an acoustic often records with a bit to much bass. I usually will have to take down the lower frequencies and raise it a bit in the middle areas to get the sound I'm after on my acoustic. It's of course depended on the mic and individual taste...

But this is a great collab guys. I'm getting my copy of this, thank you:)

unexpected!!
Blaine, what Amanda has done here is great, I cannot stop playing this, I
know Amanda can belt them out, but this delivery is so 'Sheryl' it hurts,
it's brilliant! I was not expecting this at all, without a doubt my fav
Amanda track and without you Blaine it wouldn't exist so bravo!!

That line about 'bein born in Missisippi...' is pricless, if Amanda had stuck
witha yorkshire angle the track would have been wrecked, thankfully....
she did not, stunning!!!

Up with the voice please.
It's OK once the song gets going, but even then she needs more, about 2db; try some compression on the guitar, stop it "wandering" so much. I have to listen too hard to catch the lyric, again some compression might help. It might be great, I can't tell
