Wavestation Reminded me of my Wavestation (sitting languidly in the corner of my studio with a sheet over it to keep off the dust). Nice groove. If this is a work in progress, consider adding more of a melody over the top, perhaps using a serious of sounds that morph from one sound to another, to stay in keeping with the organic nature of the piece. Nice start. Check out my latest song called Forge A New Life (MJRF)

lots of possibilities here! there are many things i can imagine going well with this: a rap, distorted rant about the current state of the world. a smooth female vocal to counterbalance the rough-edged sounds - it could almost become a "love song" in a way. a chant, with 1 or 2 supporting vocal lines on it, something about life- energy, or about getting your shit together. maybe a nine-inch-nails sort of take on it: a single vocal with lots of effects on it, the lyrics about how we're addicted to MacJams and can't wrestle free of it! Is your dog's name Skinny Puppy? I like the way this tune develops very smoothly and organically. The glitch clicks and cuts are very Einsturende Neubauten. I think you need a power tool solo in there somehwere ; ) As far as suggestions go, what do you think about a raspy vocal line--the likes of K.M.F.D.M., Skinny Puppy, or Frontline Assembly? Very cool start. Totally '80's, in that good black leather and steel style. -g Check out my latest song called 08nov08
