Lyrics
potions running him
chisle a fake grin
crime, he believes this lie
yeah this lie

suckered by a ploy
must have advertised toys
spend
spend then they can be your friends
your friends
this life, this lie

they can grind him
forsaken for machine
number for a name

who's he trying to swoon?
jumpin through their hoops
why?
why would he die for their pride?
their pride
this life, this lie

they can grind him
forsaken for machine
number for a name

stumble through a crowd
scavange bottoms up
make himself a new whore
sport those name brand clothes
look at him now
he can't recognize
lying idols blend together
trading death in their eyes

unplug from your tube
your world's surrounding you
life
there's only this one time
try

COOL TRACK JACK!
Sounds great man but your vox always sound a little low in the mix! Crank those pups up! Guitar sounds thick and chunky like salsa!

heavy
nice as always. this one is nice and heavy. always like the style you add to your vocals. i agree the vox are always a little back in your songs, but i think it sort of adds to your sound. makes ppl have to listen more for the insightful words.

Neo...
is a rock star... I dig story songs, especially apocalyptic epics. Dante's
1984. Nice.

Ian, another springclock masterpiece. Really exceptional guitar work on
this one. The vocals cut thru the mix with real passion. The special
effects (guitars?) on the break are really snappy.
