Fan List
Description:
This song is another collection of loops, with a little bit of effort on my part. (I provide a bass line and the guitar wailin' later on.) I hope you all enjoy it. One of these days I'll learn how to play the guitar and then I won't be so loop-heavy. Until then...

Hardware:
MacBook Pro 2.0 GHz, 1GB RAM
Keystation 49e

Software:
GarageBand 3
My terrible imagination

I think the bass is the best part. Kinda funky. &mdash 08/03/06 - 02:47:14 PM
It sounds like you could raise your levels quite a bit in Garageband. Try
raising the levels of the individual tracks until you get a nice balance
and the red warning signal starts to light up on the master track. Then,
put a limiter on the master track with a 0.5dB ceiling to keep the
output from clipping. You should be able to get a substantial increase
in overall volume.

I made a master volume track once by accident, but I can't remember how to
make it come back on purpose. How exactly do I do that?

Good title - it's both clever and catchy : >

There's a wonderful feel for spaces in this piece. It takes you to a nice place and lets you vacation there for a while.

However, the holiday ends way to soon. It stops right as one settles in and gets comfortable. (Now that I think about it - it's just like most vacations are: too short.)

I know what you're saying (both about the song and actual vacations)
I was going to try to add vocal tracks, but I guess I couldn't think of anything to
say. And I would have liked to continue the song, but since I'm pretty much
limited to the loops I'm given, I feel like I'm repeating myself too much if I use
too many loops for too long a time. Sorry to disappoint. I didn't realize people
would have such a reaction to the song...
