Description
A teacher at my school requested a song to help kids memorize the path of blood in the circulatory system. I obliged, with the "Circulatory System Song."
I made this about five years ago, before I used much computer sequencing gear. I used my school's Clavinova, and used the Clavinova's mic input, and ran the Clavinova's outputs to my MiniDisk deck, and then tranferred that to a recordable CD deck, and finally put the CD into the Mac, and used an early version of iTunes to convert it into mp3 format.
I recorded the bass part first, on the Clav. floppy drive. Then on the floppy's "track two," I recorded the piano part.
Then I played back the song on the floppy drive, and sang over the floppy playback.
GB is a whole lot easier!

Slick, I never thought that circulation could sound so interesting.
