Interesting piece First, Let me thank you for taking the time to respond with feed back. I really appreciate you comments. I agree with you about the title. Let me explain where my head was at. I live on the east coast and we just go over that terrible heat wave the whole country suffered. My dog needed to go out at 6:15 am. The weather had broke and it was absoutly beautiful out so instead of going back to sleep as I normally would have, I Stayed up to enjoy the peaceful tranquil unbeliveable weather. My family, still sleeping until 10:00 gave me an opertunity to hang out and enjoy myself. If your married with children, then you understand. I made this song in 30 minutes and loved the first draft so much that I was too quick to post the song. I guess I rushed it before getting the true vibe of the song. I'll take you comments and use them when I re-post the jam. Again, thank you and keep an eye out for the changes to come. --- bobbie Check out my latest song called Funk the Nascar

Interesting piece I have no kids but I understand the joy at getting a few minutes to yourself to have fun with music and the computer. And I also understand the joy at having the weather break after that heatwave. I was in Northern Wisconsin during that week and it was really hot, especially for an area that is known as a cool summer getaway vacation destination. BTW I too get excited about a new tune sometimes wanting to post it right away. I usually wait and put it on my personal CD player and listen to it for a few nights before going to sleep (this behavior may explain why I have no children). I get a feeling for what it sounds like compared to other songs I've done and what may not work in the mix. Then a few nights work on the remixing and more evaluation. Then posting if I think it is worthy. Check out my latest song called It Was a Dark and Stormy Night

I'm not sure why you think this would be a good base for a rap. I think
it has merit on its own as a song. I don't recall ever saying this about a
song before, but I am not sure that your title fits the song very well. I
like the song a lot but I don't feel a tranquil sunday when I hear it.
You might be interested in my song called depression4 that uses some
of these same string loops.
