Fur Release! Excellent play on words, Bill. I can hardly detect
Beethoven's original but that's OK. This is pure and sparkling. From the
song art above, I thought maybe it was going to be an animal rights
protest song. Anyway you look at it, you are not leaving us out in the
cold with your warm playing. Signed, sealed and delivered, as Oliver
Hardy used to say.

I like this one better, Bill. &mdash 08/12/06 - 10:08:53 PM
Nothing big and dramatic, mind you, but your playing is great and the
recording is clean, clear and even. The derivation from Beethoven is two
smidgens clearer, but they're small smidgens...

You are so consistently professional at this point that it's easy to take
your skill as a guitar player for granted.

I like both versions, but I think I like this one a bit better because its
easier to focus on the guitar, played expertly as usual. It's a creative
treatment of a classic theme. Good job!

Cracking stuff &mdash 08/14/06 - 09:20:44 AM
You're on fine form here - this track really swings! Very rootsy ragtime
feel to this, lovely clear recording and a great tune.
