there is no proof that through man's actions the river ways have been
adversely affected! and since i'm writting this and it's being published on
macjams that means it is true.
i'm kidding of course. on behalf of rivers around the world i thank you for
your awareness raising work of art. I was just waiting for the spoken word
or an etherial female voice to make its entry.

Your page says you do everything on the G5. I was very impressed with
the Bass and the percussion. Was some of it played live or was it all
played through a keyboard or with loops? [ Reply to This ]

Loops and software instruments. When this was cut I had only GB1 so I could
not play on the mac keyboard. The basis for the bass line was Upright Hip
Hop bass 06 using a modified synth as the sound and the pencil tool to
rewrite the bass line as needed. I cannot play an instrument so I just poke
around with the pencil tool until I get what I want.

A bunch of low end ... the mix sounds great... I like the way the drums are
mixed wondering around the composition. Like progression...has a nice
theme to it. Nice work

Gives me a new appreciation of what can be done with a midi controller and some talent. I've been plugging straight in analog but this has me wanting to get my first keyboard.
