I wanted to hear more! I like the "realness" of your trills played by hand. Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of the buzzer... It'd be neat to change sounds--almost as if they're chasing each other, as the notes do anyhow. And maybe even a chord change... make it your own. Great playing. Will you be expanding this?

Timbres &mdash 07/12/04 - 11:12:38 AM
It's all about your timbre choices. After the Wendy Carlos
sound? you nailed it. But synthesized music has moved
on since 1968. The bass sound is cool, but the rest is
extremely grating. Especially the snare.

Interesting as a novelty.

HA! &mdash 07/14/04 - 07:46:35 AM
excellent playing,
I agree about the sound you chose for this... could be
changed and have just the same effect in a warmer way.
I'd love for this piece to go just mad with some mega
drums and perc and trun it into a massive prog rock piece
become a longer track

EXCELLENT! as for the wendy carlos reference, i don't see anything wrong
with that other than wendy was realy walter(and there really isn't anything
wrong with that)! as well, speaking of wendy/walter but not directly about
her/him, you should check out the band the moog cookbook. cover tune
band using you guessed it - moogs!
