Lyrics:
In Your Dreams

Lyrics ©2006 Richard Schletty
Music ©2006 Hendrik Steiner and Karl Anselm

Blind man says you'll see the light.
Deaf girl sings you'll hear the harmony.
In your dreams.

Dead man cries fight fire with water.
Virgin smiles life for death to self.
In your dreams.

In your half-waking state,
you will come to know your fate.
In your dreams. In your wildest dreams.

There is no need to fear it,
this alchemy of spirit.
In the matrix of your being
is the portal to all healing.

Mute boy signs your tongue will dance.
Beggar man shouts riches way beyond belief!
In your dreams.

Bending human nature, superhuman sight.
Tenderly embracing her impossible charms.
In your dreams.

In your half-waking state,
you will come to know your fate.
In your dreams. In your wildest dreams.

There is no need to fear it,
this alchemy of spirit.
In the matrix of your being
is the portal to all healing.

WoW Richard, Henrich, and Carl! &mdash 08/23/06 - 02:54:39 PM
That was amazingly well done...I really like the European orchestral feel
to it...and the singing, as always is excellent and well mixed...I keep being
knocked-out by the quality of music being posted here on Mac
Jams!....Keep up the great work, all of you!....Peace, Digitalnirvana9,
Norman

what a great collab &mdash 08/23/06 - 03:33:30 PM
Really, boys, this is top-notch stuff. I really like how this piece starts, with the violin(s) and the piano, the percussion pumping in slowly... An astonishing mood you created here.

Rich, your voice fits wonderful to this song. The lyrics are touching, but that's no surprise knowing you a bit.

I enjoyed this sooo much guys...

Walter

Rich, this to me is your strongest song to date. I loved it from beginning
to end. I just dig ballads and this one is full of emotions. Your voice and
the instruments/arrangment commanded attention from the very first
note! The lyrics are profound and well structured as always, quite evident
in all your other songs. Certainly a must listen for people who have fully
appreciated your wide range of style and creativity!

I am utterly blown away (and somewhat shaken) by this piece gents. This
may well be the best thing anyone has ever posted on MJ. Positively
inspired!

Be well!

Awe and wonder &mdash 08/26/06 - 05:40:04 PM
Very moving, a testiment to the craftsmanship of the piece.

Hey Richard, I was just commenting to my wife how your vocal delivery
and lyrics reminds me of one of my favotite people, her mom. She has a
great voice and has written many songs in her own right, a quality talent
and person.

No need to say keep up the good work, it's just what you do.
