sorry to see her go
A fitting tribute to an under appreciated celestial body. Everything was
great here. The guitar work very much so (loved the dbl'ing). The
drums may have been peaking a little, but so was I. Really exceptional
mix.

Pluto's Revenge
No question, Pluto got dissed in a pretty major way, so it's nice to see two
songs on the same day trying to reclaim its former planetary glory
(Tadashi's is the other). Starts of reminding me a bit of Kraftwerk, then
when the guitar comes in it no longer does. Nice guitar playing! I
personally would have liked to hear a little more variety in the drumming,
but everything else works great.

Sounds great
astronomers are split on the issue... but plutonians are all outraged...
lets hope they don't become the next interplanetary jihadests...
seriously great playing... great mix and layers...

Ultimately....
...she's indifferent to our assessment. Long after we're gone, she'll still be
there. On the other hand, I'm not indifferent to your jam. Love the
ominous feel, the super tight rhythm and drums. Like the different voices
on the guitars and how you alternate them with keyboards and synths.
Cool, like the surface of a planet, far from it's sun.

This really came alive
for me about half way through. Nice guitar work. I agree with
Composerclark, it could really benefit with more variety in the drums.
Enjoyed it.

Oh, Pluto . . .
hasn't gone anywhere. It's still right there in its 243-year orbit, it's only been laid-off from its job as the ninth planet.

We are experiencing serious down-sizings of the Earth's large corporations: Ford, Microsoft, Airbus, etc. And that has to effect the larger cosmos, right? RIGHT!?

I mean last I checked, St. Thomas Aquinas and Aristotle were pretty darn sure that we were the center of the universe.

By the way, this song has sweet telos. The drums, guitar and synth are good accompaniments for it. Finely mixed too. I dig.

Philosophically yours,
g
