Description:
A Love Song. The second half that I call the descent into insanity is my favorite part.

Lyrics:
Can’t stop thinking about you and I don’t want to
Got a feelin inside my head like something new
All I know is that I can’t think, otherwise everything’s fine
All I know’s I’m beside myself Slowly I’m losing my mind

And it’s all so fine
Losing my mind
Losing my mind
Everything seems so surreal and it’s all so fine

The Colors of the day have changed it’s a groovy site
I don’t know where I am now girl is it day or night
All I know is that I can’t think, otherwise everything’s fine
All I know’s I’m beside myself Slowly I’m losing my mind

And it’s all so fine
Losing my mind
Losing my mind
Losing my mind
Everything seems so surreal and it’s all so fine
Losing my mind
Losing my mind
Losing my mind

Everything seems so surreal and it’s all so fine….

Insanity….

Very cool, Matt, nice rocker you've made here! I like the guitar tone and groove, though I do think it could be changed a little more in the chorus sections--maybe with a different rhythm or something--to help propel the song forward more. The descent into insanity is cool, and good ending. So, I guess you're doing all the playing and singing? Sounds great.

You are soooooo right! &mdash 08/30/06 - 03:02:49 PM
When I played this song live (we used it to end the show) there were
different changes in rhythm patterns and the end was insane cause it
actually sped up and then slowed way down as things fell apart. Using
beta monkey loops gives me some general good beats to play with, but
I'm not able to get close to the sound I got with a real drummer and a live
band. I am the lone gunman here indeed. Thanks for stopping by and
checking out my tune.

i lost my mind some time back &mdash 08/30/06 - 09:52:09 PM
oddly i have just been finding your music. and have been going back
catching up on your stuff. i hear a real connection with 60's physcadelia.
cool by my taste. this is another good example has a kinks sound with a
walrus ending but still original. there also that drum on one side of the
stereo another 60's practice. keep posting more stuff. i'm digging it.

sounds like one of those 60s songs that were telling about lsd without speaking the name. I like the way the bass propels everything. favorited and downloaded.
