One of my... One of my favourite parts about this is how it begins and ends. A nice simple piano, with just a hint of something not quite being right. The touch of ring modulation in either the reverb track or the piano itself works really nicely to hint at whats to come. And I also like how you continue this sort of trend through the rest of the piece... the normally human instruments keep being occasionally effected by something blurring the lines back from the traditional to the modern as Stun Nutz suggested. And of course... a big fan of the 5/4 signature ;) Check out my latest song called 25 Minutes in a Japanese Restaurant (Readers Digest Version) (MJRF)

Heh heh Two ninja glitchmeisters comparing notes ... What great stuff this is. As others here have said, it's not hard to make glitches, the tough part is balancing them with the bits that the human ear latches onto - the haunting melody. You've done this here so very well. I have to go back through your catalog and make sure I haven't missed anything. Then, for good measure, I need to go back and re-listen to The Composer's entry into that Peter Gabriel contest ... one glitch deserves another, yes? Thanks for posting this gem. First of all That is one freakulous picture... creepy and yet somehow hilarious. This is really nice, out there stuff man. I like the 5-pulse too, though I'm not sure I would have noticed it if The Composer hadn't pointed it out. Wicked cool. Check out my latest song called Machine Man (w Beastie Boys)

Fantastic... Really happy to have discovered your stuff... and what a back catalog to go through! You balance complex glitch with pretty melody very well -- no easy task, and kinda rare in IDM I think. A lot of it sacrifices melody for that frenetic craziness, which has its appeal and uses at times I suppose, but I much prefer when that melody is preserved alongside (and counter to) the glitchiness. You might enjoy Phonem, one of my all time favs for that sort of thing (discs are hard to find, but he's on iTunes). -Theis Check out my latest song called Dogtooth Spar

...blurring the lines between the traditional (classical instrumentation) and modern (computer skizzle)... this is some high class sh*t here! Well done, as always...
