Just got myself some new monitor speakers so have re-jigged this mix and tried out a new take on the intro/1st verse & chorus. Let me know what ya think. Cheers, Pie.

absolutely great textured.. airy etherial beauty in the intro... superb
production...mix... soundscape.... beautiful mix... and the vocal
performance as well as guitars are exellent... this really knocked me
out...

Amazing production Pie! A little buzz in the silences, but only a minor
nit (I suspect that you're interested in things like that). Beautiful vocals
- no make that amazing vocals! Excellent pop song, great playing -

Fantastic production on this, everything really well placed and mixed. An

Really liked the thick, heavy sound on the guitar solo. I wanted you to
sing a final chorus afterwards, however. It seemed to stop short of the

Wow, a perfect mix... so far. I really dig your lyrics. Such solid hooks,
yet a large vocabulary, which I love. The guitar solo is held back, big
and sturdy, unhurried, somehow just right. I sure hope you plan on
adding a tag or verse or something, tho, cuz I really want more to the
tune, and a bookending to the oh-so-fine opening. Perhaps you can
end with a repeat of the "take a look, I'm still here," with a verse
afterward? Then maybe a "and I search my mind" variation. (I like that
the song takes place as you are caught in this relationship, so don't
take my desire for a song ending to indicate I want you to explain a
happy-ever-after or breakup ending to your relationship dilemma.)
But this song is SO CATCHY, it has to be longer to make me feel
satisfied. I'd really like the story to come full-circle, somehow, without
falling into a trite romance movie ending, cuz the song is so great so

...plans are afoot. Following the solo is a short refrain followed by an epilogue
(of sorts) played over a looping vocals on top of the verse accompaniment.
And possibly a repeat of the chorus.

is soooo much better than the previous iteration.
I like the new intro/1st verse better. Much improvement in the overall sound. Great song....so far...on every level. I envy your mature guitar playing and exceptional vocal delivery and production. Top notch. Another song that keeps you at the top of my list of musicians not only here in the mac jam community but in the entire world.....I mean universe. I wouldn't categorize this under pop(mainstream) this is much better than pop! I hope your gonna make it longer....please. When you are ready to take the Pie show on the road look me up please!
