it will be interesting to see where you take this. the tremolo synth i would
of moved it to center a little earlier. when you got closer to the end the
song was just then taking on strength. good playing good job!

Hi
Welcome!!
This sounds good! I like the deep base sound that you get! - How did you
achieve it? I also like your synth effects! - It will be good to hear some
more - well done!

(Not Journey but journey.) I agree about the synth, and also about the bass! Of course I'm a sucker for a nice strong bass. It's a nice piece for slowly waking up in the morning, enjoying the day, thinking about what to do and where to go. Welcome to MacJams!

Since you asked for opinions ... here's my opinion and my advice. I
agree with the tremolo synth needing to be in the center. You might try
spreading it wider across both channels using the detune plug in that
is available as a download I think or in lieu of that you could use a
chorus effect on it. That would put that sound across the soundstage
as a constant for the rest of the composition to fit into.
As far as composing goes, I might suggest moving the piece along
faster. Not a faster tempo but bring some of the new instruments in
sooner and build the mix sooner. Bring the drums in sooner for more
impact. The drums are one of the cooler portions of the composition
with some really good sounds there. Strong drums would put the piece
more in the mainstream if that is where you want to go with it. \
just ramblings. What you have here is good and remember that it is
your music ... make it your way. You don't have to answer to me or
anybody else here on macjams: we are not your bosses. You are the
boss of your own music. That is why it is so much fun!
...and decent first effort. Stick around friend and pay attention to all the
friendly tech advice (such as that given by Vic and the announcer). Before
long you'll be surprizing yourself and delighting the rest of us. Be well!

Nice mix of sounds. I like the way it switches gears throughout the piece.
I too would bring the drums in just a bit earlier and do a bit more with
them. Really like the violins that come in near the end. I'm not sure this
is a rock song but I liked this a lot. Anxious to see where you take it.

great advise from those that gave it, Ive got a lot of work to do on this
song, just not sure how to get everything how I want it, this version is
mostly just loops that have been edited to my liking.
just do it and when you feel it its right.....its right peace!!!!!

Well, it's sure that you have a knack for composing, keep it up.
