Description:
When flying, regular FREDA checks are essential for early detection of any mishaps:
Fuel - sufficient
Radio - on frequency
Engines - temperatures and pressures in the green
Direction - aligned with compass
Altitude - on the QNH
Re-visited, re-mixed, re-equalised, re-compressed, re-dithered, re-truncated, re-viewed, re-listened, resigned, re-uploaded !

I think here show themselves the limitations of Garageband and the built-
in sounds. Saxes seem impossible to sample or synthesize. This could
have been a brave jazz odyssey, eh, exploration, but the sax sound is
really too lifeless. I can tell that the pianist is really digging deep into his
keys, but the sax really lacks the conviction that would make this piece
work. There are some really cool moments here (halfway, where the bass
drops out, and the piano plays some lighter stuff). Other than this, my

Yes, what I wouldn't do to get a real sax player, or at least some half decent software ! By the way, the sound I use for the sax is from Saxlab, not Garageband. But I agree, it doesn't come up to scratch.
Most of my pieces have been scored and can be printed for free on my "sibeliusmusic" home page. So I still live in the vain hope that some day they might be performed live, and I would get to hear the real thing.
