Back again after a tough year! It's not like I haven't been doing any music - I have - but not been able to post it... I've listened however!
Okay, so this song is pretty straight forward. This is the musical water under which I was born. Breath, dive, sink in... I play all insturment and voices as usual with the exception for the drumloops.

Welcome back, Mikki! I've missed you around here and it's great to hear a
new tune. Of course, this is right up my alley. You always do so well with
the "80s" sound. This one's got a great groove and I love the "Everybody/
Nobody" structure. It's really very infectious and keeps going through
your head after you finish listen.

Perhaps it's what's in my soul - quite often I end up with this type of
feeling to my music even though it may start out totally different... I'm
back no doubt, feels like I've been in coma for some time, and I just woke
up without remembering anything... Thank you for listening, and thank
you for being a true friend throughout the lower times of life.

Hey, this is very cool. Like Joe, I dig the everybody/nobody structure
and I find this extremely groovy. Extra points for the Tears for Fears
reference, too.
The sound on this is really nice, very warm overall, except the voice in
the left ear. If you plan to remix this, you might want to drop the
volume on that a little as well as play with the EQ to make it sound a
little softer. Right now it's a little honky, I think.
Very nice and the lyrics are really great, clever and funny.

To be honest with you, it's going to take some time before I can
produce/mix something for real. I'm at this point forced to my crappy
headphones, so it's a little bit of a guessing game. I'm just putting it
out here, to get a "new" start, and put myself back in the grove.
Good thoughts about the remix, which is something I'd like to do very
much. I appreciate any comments and suggestions ike this. I had fun
doing this song, from the musical parts, lyrics, to production.
Thanks for noticing the cover art as well which is very important to.

Mikki - I really enjoyed this tune. The message is clear however I don't want to rule the world. I love my life and my kids and my guitars and my little bed room studio - so - everybody doesn't want to rule the world..................?
