Intro length...
...is a little slow for the average listener, most likely they may move on
too fast to hear this great sounding arrangement. Good piano sound, but
you can turn up the vocals a bit, to give them more presence, to hear
better. Good job though overall. Nice production.

Although I feel stylistically the tempo should remain the same, I see what your saying about the vocals being a touch soft. Also in the second section, the vocals seemed to have been panned left, which may attribute to their low volume.

This is so sensitive and different without being at all abstract. Yeah, bring up the vocal 'cos it is a good voice. I can feel your mood clearly though.
