Hi NB I am using, as with all my September/October mixes, royalty-free loops from music magazines. I have a couple of hundred sample/loop disks to pick from, in all sorts of genres. I pick and mix as my ideas take me. There are some great loops out there and sometimes there are up to 7 or 8 thousand on a DVD. There are phrases, individual notes and all sorts of goodies. All of the above save me a great deal of time when I don't have any time. Some of these mixes are OK and some need much more work. It depends on the loops, samples and my time versus patience.
