excellent!
hey man, this song rocks. and kudos for using the bells so well. i would totally buy a cd of this type of stuff. but i think there might be a little too much distortion on the guitar (it clips when it gets louder). the only thing i don't care for is the "choir ahs" (i almost never like them in anything). but i'm guessing you're temporarily using that pad until a real bg vox track is recorded?

Really well done, well-balanced mix, tasty musical ideas. I liked the intro "Ping" idea (almost could have had more lengthy fading echoes on that.) Tasteful use of the bell, not overdone. Nice guitar work as usual. Little bits of this and that, the piano, the pan pipes, nice ornaments. The dissonance as the pianist temporarily becomes all thumbs at the 3/4 mark was strange... and although the choir was kept back a ways in the mix, it seemed a bit pervasive... you might want to drop it out and pick it back up in spots to give this more varied texture. Overall, really good, I like it!
