Great guitar work &mdash 10/29/06 - 07:39:54 AM
and I liked the little touches and variations you put in. You play every genre with ease! As for a collab, I'd like to hear you and Bill do a "dueling guitar" song sometime. [ Reply to This ]

Title: ops ... haha, didn't think of that, (not enough familiar with English vocabulary).
Guitar: Yes, this time it is a piezo miked nylon stringed. And the stomp is set to quite some chorus and reverb.
Compliments: Thank you ziti, your support is so important, firstly as from a friend, but also since you are a musician for whom I have such a great respect.

So Smooth &mdash 10/29/06 - 11:07:12 AM
As always, a very admirable job! I was surprised to read that this was recorded on a nylon string guitar. Had a very steel stringish sound. Great job!! [ Reply to This ]

Yes, the steel stringish sound comes from the John Pearse strings, a very original creation. Differerent strings are made up from different combinations of metals and nylon. Ejh knows more, he has even met John Pearse and listened to his story. Right Ejh?

A Honer "Big River" harp &mdash 10/29/06 - 03:28:08 PM
in hand, on mouth, and it seems to fit great (C). Too bad I don't know how to play it! :-( This makes a perfect place for me to practice, though! :-). Thanks for sharing this. . - Harold [ Reply to This ]

For a while I thought maybe your guitars were broke or stolen... If you couldn't play I would still want to find great things to say about you... thank God you can play like this, because I can tell you that YOU ARE GREAT and all the while stay truthful... I agree with Z the sound is unusually bright... you can really hear the hybrid [ Reply to This ]

Thank you Scott, glad to hear that you dig my guitar playing, because there is where I have my love... Good to hear it from such a great musician as you too..

Great Picking, Cori &mdash 10/30/06 - 11:01:05 PM
A unique sound, too. The style of play gives this tune a tack piano sound.
A nice honky tonk flavor.
Great playing, Cori.

Swing that thing &mdash 11/01/06 - 03:41:09 PM
Hi Cori,
After a looong day, this really relaxed me, and brought a smile to my face. Lovely playing, and a sweet, gentle feel to this. Nice structure as well ... a real treat to put your feet up to!

It's for better! Really nice!
You got it to a really nice mood, both the singing, piano and the whistling. A true favourite of mine.
I recommend everybody to listen to paddlers song:

You've been prolific of late - a lovely lazy lopsided ragtime thing going on here... you know I feel rather tempted to have a pop at this myself...
