what rust? &mdash 10/29/06 - 03:12:23 PM
excellent work. the playing and mixing is top notch. i did notice about 1/4 of the way in the song a "bump" between a region or two, the crossfade tool can smooth that out. if i wasn't so tuned in i would not of noticed. truly liked this!

Seems you've been in a bit of a holding pattern yourself for a couple of months. Welcome back! Great tuneage here and pro-sounding production. Guitar work is awesome throughout.

Be well!

Wonderful guitars &mdash 10/30/06 - 08:32:39 AM
Excellent playing yet again; and great effects choices on the guitar. In my ears, the A section suffers from everything lining up too much on the beats; I'd have had more chords hit early, on 4 instead of waiting to land on the downbeat, and employed more drumming fills and use of syncopation to help drive the groove. The transition into the slow section, when you start wailing, before the slow up, is my favorite part. I enjoyed the contrast between section, altho the bass drumming in the slow section seemed a tad random, in context of the straight ahead stylings. I always think you tracks could use more chords, but I truly enjoy the sounds you get from your guitars, and the personalize articulations you achieve. Solid track.

Good help is hard to find. Thanks Tobin, I always listen to what you have to say, can't always execute, but I do keep your suggestions in mind.

Thanks &mdash 10/30/06 - 06:05:12 PM
Tadashi and Ziti. I try to stick to this genre and leave the fusion and blues to you guys. Even though I love both.

Your stuff &mdash 10/30/06 - 08:53:53 PM
Always takes me back to the day's I use to listen to all those progressive rock bands. Dig the guitars... they demand center of attention and take you on the journey. Really cool as always. Love the art work... I think I've seen that beetle before... but it was behind Bill or Alan.

Great Guitar &mdash 11/01/06 - 03:08:07 PM
Quality playing there. Curious as to how you set this up. Were you using the preamp and then into the Guitar Rig or were they used seperately?

Thanks Pete &mdash 11/01/06 - 03:45:31 PM
I just run my guitar straight into the Blue Tube preamp and then into an Alesis mixer which is really just for convenience then into a Tascam 122 USB interface which feeds my Mac and the rest is Guitar Rig 2. Now that you made me think about it why am I using the Alesis, I'll have to try and eliminate it.

Nice dreamscape &mdash 11/02/06 - 05:05:05 PM
Beautifully rendered guitar work on top of crisp clean bed of sound. Killer leads.....

Love the break down to the slow blues, nice drum roll back into the quicker tempo at the end.
