a good nostalgic tune. some true to form guitar hooks and melody. that ending is true magical mystery tour. to bad 2007 is a ways off. actually your voice wasn't bad on the verse parts.

Yes, I guess the verses aren't too bad but the chorus.... I'm looking forward to getting it done by someone who knows what they're doing.

Hey Dick - really enjoyed this, including the vocal (tho' it went a bit off in the high bits, I gotta say). Great lyrics (mousetrap/bait) and structure, and great melodies throughout - I really liked the tail-out vocals, coulda been louder for me. Look forward to hearing more.

I stil lhaven't quite got my head around this site and hadn't realised there were other replies! Many apologies.

echo - thanks :) as I said this will not be the final vocal and was only a scratch effort. I've kept the vocal stuff in the outro deliberately back in the mix as I just wanted to hint at something there. Maybe I'll try and bring it out when I do the final cut

How did I miss this one?? Very different style from the other Amok songs. Fits right in ;) Grand old 60's style here. I don't see the 2007 version, so are you warming up to these vocals? I will have to piece the songs together soon and hear how the whole things flows.
